The highlight: Behind a glass front with a view of the Tux mountains, there is a private organic Finnish sauna spanning 6 m². Two modes are available: the mild organic mode at 60° C and the classic Finnish mode at 90° C. A spacious wardrobe area and a separate guest toilet with a washbasin are located in the entrance area.

Cancellation & Payment Terms

After booking, you will receive the bank details for the deposit by email.
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions) apply.
If the accommodation contract stipulates a deposit and the contracting party has not paid the deposit on time, the accommodation provider may withdraw from the accommodation contract without a grace period.
If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the agreed arrival day, there is no obligation to provide accommodation, unless a later arrival time has been agreed upon.
If the contracting party has made a deposit (see 3.3), the premises will remain reserved until 12:00 PM on the day following the agreed arrival day at the latest. If payment is made in advance for more than four days, the obligation to provide accommodation ends at 6:00 PM on the fourth day, with the arrival day counted as the first day, unless the guest notifies a later arrival day.
Up to 3 months before the contracting party's agreed arrival day, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the accommodation provider, for objectively justified reasons, unless otherwise agreed, by unilateral declaration.
Up to 3 months before the guest's agreed arrival day, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by unilateral declaration by the contracting party without incurring a cancellation fee.
Outside the period specified in § 5.5., cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees: up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total package price; up to 1 week before the arrival day 70% of the total package price; in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total package price.
If you arrive later or depart earlier, charges will apply as per your booking.
