The easiest way is directly through our website. In the booking system, you can check daily availabilities and prices and reserve in a few steps. Of course, you can also reach us at any time by phone or email.

A direct booking with the host means direct contact with the Klausner family without surcharges from external booking platforms.

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) are available for download.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. In case of late arrival or early departure, the stay will be charged according to the booking.

The minimum stay varies seasonally. The currently valid conditions are displayed directly in the booking system.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and we request check-out by 9:30 AM. Different times are possible by arrangement and subject to availability.

Key handover takes place at our reception. If you arrive later, we are happy to leave the key for you. Please inform us in advance.

Yes, we offer free parking in front of the building. An electric charging station is available for electric vehicles.

Your four-legged companion is very welcome. We charge 25.00 Euros per day for dogs. Please inform us about your dog when making your reservation.

Yes, all apartments are non-smoking. You are, of course, welcome to smoke on your private balcony.

Our four apartments range from the 25 m² on TOP Hideaway Studio to the 84 m² Premium Apartment with Private SPA. Each unit is individually designed. You can find a detailed overview of amenities, floor plans, and inclusions on the respective detail page.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire building.

Yes, the spacious ski and boot room has a boot dryer. This ensures you start your next ski day with warm, dry boots.

Yes, we offer a secure bike storage area with charging facilities for e-bikes.

Yes. We provide bathrobes, slippers, sauna towels, and 2 different sauna scents free of charge.

The Jagdhof is located at an altitude of 1,300 m above sea level, on a hill above the village center of Vorderlanersbach. The valley station of the Rastkogelbahn cable car can be reached in under 10 minutes on foot.

You can purchase your ski pass directly at the mountain lift ticket offices or conveniently online. Ski passes cannot be purchased at the ski rental shops.
