With great passion, diligence, and family cohesion, a very special place in Tux emerged over decades: the Jagdhof, today known as Pure Mountain Apartments.

To this day, the Klausner family and their team stand for genuine Tyrolean hospitality, a family atmosphere, and unforgettable holiday moments amidst mountains, nature, and tradition.

Our Origin

Milestones from over three decades

1992

The Beginning

Andreas and Maria Klausner take over the Jagdhof in Tux and run it with great passion as a guesthouse.

2001

Bed and Breakfast

The business is expanded into a cozy bed and breakfast and continues to develop steadily.

2005

More room to unwind

The Jagdhof is being extended upwards. Two new apartments and two additional guest rooms are being created for even more comfort.

2009 – 2013

Renovation & Modernization

All guest rooms are extensively renovated and modernized. Traditional Tyrolean charm combines with contemporary comfort.

2017

A Family Project

An elevator is installed, and the Bichlalm in Hintertux joins the Klausner family. Since then, Andreas and Maria, together with their sons Andreas Jr. and Christian, have managed both establishments.

2021

Step Towards Modernity

The renovation of the new reception marks the next step into the future.

2023

Pure Mountain Appartements

The biggest change to date: Jagdhof is completely gutted, expanded, and redesigned with great attention to detail. The traditional guesthouse is transformed into luxurious alpine-style apartments.

An entire family is behind Jagdhof. Andreas and Maria Klausner run the establishment together with their sons Andreas Jr. and Christian, with passion and a love for hospitality that has grown over generations.
